1) How do representations in  Oh Comely  challenge stereotypes?  Oh Comely challenged stereotypes as women are being portrayed different. Instead of acknowledging their beauty, we acknowledge their intellect and other parts of their beauty apart from them being in very short clothes. 2) What representations of race, ethnicity and nationality can be found in the 'Speaking Out' feature? They don't use traditional models on their magazine, for example,they used a Somalian girl which is a race that hasn't been represented all that much in mainstream magazines for some reason and they have chosen to challenge this. 3) What representation of women and femininity can be found in  Oh Comely ? 1) What do the typefaces used on the front cover suggest to an audience? The typography is clear and isolated which suggests that the magazine is actually different to the all the other magazines and are their own individual brand who will provide the reader with an experience that other brands simply do not. 2) The words under the title introduce the content and topics addressed. What do these suggest about the potential audience of  Oh Comely ? Although when you begin to the read the content and topics addressed as you read further down the list there is actually a wider audience potential as there are things which most people would actually associate with themselves such as "mischievous" which most people could relate to. 3) How do the cover lines use narrative to create enigma? 1) How does  Oh Comely  introduce itself? "an alternative to the 'pile-0it-high-sell-it-cheap' aesthetic of mainstream magazines" I think that they have chosen to promote oh comely as an alternative magazine and represent the rest of the magazines as inferior good compared to their own and that anyone who reads anything other then theirs is some sort of sheet following the heard. 2) How do the print circulation/readership statistics for  Oh Comely  compare to  Men's Health ? The print circulation and readership statistics for Oh Comely are much lower than Men's Health as they target a more niche audience and do not make it so that it appeals to everyone    3) How is  Oh Comely  distributed to the audience? Oh comely is distributed to the audience through companies which are not particularly known for selling magazines such as WHSmith, however are easily accessible to readers who would like to purchase the copies of the magazine. 4) What do you think
